General Return Guidelines:

• We stand by the quality of our Canadian products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of the RMA.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• If you prefer an exchange, please let us know during the return process.
