How we make changes to these terms

We will let you know via email or another durable medium about any changes we are making to these terms (including the policies referred to in them), unless they are just editorial changes which do not alter the terms’ content or meaning. Normally we will provide you with at least 14 days’ notice before such changes take effect.

We will not provide you with advance notice if we have to make a change with immediate effect, whether for legal or regulatory reasons or to protect the Readerama Sites or our Users from fraud, malware, spam, data breaches or other cybersecurity risks.

If you list new books on the Readerama Sites after we have told you about any changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to those changes and they will take effect immediately.

What you can do if you are unhappy about changes we have made

If you are unhappy with any changes we tell you about, you can normally end this agreement. The exceptions are that you cannot end this agreement because of a change if:

• You have listed new books on the Readerama Sites after being told about the change.
• You have previously told us that you accept the change.
