| Description | Saxby's arch enemy plots his ultimate revenge, a truckload of video games vanish into thin air, and the school office is the target of an apparently pointless robbery... In his sixth book of case files, Saxby Smart, schoolboy detective, solves three more puzzling mysteries: Five Seconds to Doomsday, March of the Zombies, and The Shattered Box. In each story Saxby gives you clues. Are you 'smart' enough to work out the answers? AUTHOR: Simon Cheshire grew up in Warwickshire and absolutely hated school! He was always the quiet kid at the back of the class, and spent a lot of time staring out of the window. However, from a young age, he was a dedicated reader and would spend hours absorbed in books, happily dreaming of faraway places. After graduating from university, Simon went to work in the book trade, until he decided to become a full time writer. His first book appeared in 1997, and since then his books have been published in many countries round the world, and in several languages. Simon lives in Warwick with his wife and children, although he spends most of his time in a world of his own. |
