How do I create an account?
Just register with your email address and choose a password. Once you’re in, you can browse, buy books, and (if you want to) set up your own bookshop.
Can I buy books without selling any?
Yes. Plenty of people use Readerama just to buy books. Selling is completely optional.
How do I start selling books?
To start selling, you’ll need to Register and then:
1) add your Billing and Shipping addresses here so we can calculate postage,
2) go to “Bookstore Settings” to choose which postal options you’ll be using to send books and
3) Connect Stripe so we can pay you. Once that’s done, you’re ready to list your first book.
Can I have more than one account?
No, each person should have just one account. This helps keep things fair and keeps reviews and ratings meaningful.
How do I change my email address or password?
You can update your email, password and other personal details at any time here.
What if I forget my password?
No problem. Use the “Forgot password” link and we’ll email you instructions to reset it.
How do I close my account?
If you’d like to close your account, please contact us at [email protected]. Any open orders will need to be completed first.
What happens to my data if I close my account?
We only keep what we’re legally required to (for things like transactions). Everything else is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Something doesn’t look right in my account — what should I do?
